At Rock Solid Gymnastics, we are committed to providing quality instruction that emphasizes proper technique, skill development, and safety. At our dojo, founded in 1987, we provide martial arts instruction for adults, junior students, and our youngest learners in the Soaring Eagles program for age 4 and 5. Our curriculum covers the essential basics of karate, such as stances, blocks, strikes, kicks, and kata, all with a heavy emphasis on self-defense. We provide traditional classes and sparring classes, as well as summer camps, weekend events, and birthday parties. To round out our program, we offer Cage Fitness, a 30-minute high-intensity interval training session focusing on the upper body, lower body, and core. Participants can opt for whatever level of intensity they choose. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive martial arts experience that helps each person grow in body, mind, and spirit.

The Low Country now has its very own rhythmic gymnastics training program, thanks to the Charleston School of Rhythmic Gymnastics. Founded in 2021 by Julianna Butterworth, a former rhythmic gymnast and master of teaching, the school focuses on creating great gymnasts and extraordinary students in an environment that is both rigorous and positive.
