At Bedford Dance Center we offer an array of classes in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap and acro. Our studios feature full length mirrors for dancers to perfect their technique, state-of-the-art TV/Monitors for live streaming of classes via Zoom, floating sprung floors with marley, a UV/HEPA air filtration system, air conditioning, free high speed wifi, and caring professionally trained faculty. Our dancers also have the opportunity to perform in our annual production of the “Nutcracker Suite” and extra performance opportunities with our youth performing group, the Bedford Dance Center Ensemble. The complex covers 170,000 square feet, and features 130,000 square feet of indoor playing surface. At the Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, we strive to foster a connection between people and the land in order to conserve our region’s farming heritage.
