At My Gym, children have the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow through movement. Our passion remains the same today as it was all those years ago: to provide children with a safe, nurturing, and fun environment that ignites their desire to learn. Our commitment is to ensure that children know how to move their body, build strength, and gain balance and coordination in a fun, healthy, and loving way.

Practice & Play
One of your member benefits when enrolled in a class is to utilize the gym in this parent supervised activity. Families will enjoy special times laughing, loving, learning and playing together in Practice & Play sessions at My Gym. Children build important developmental skills and heighten their sense of wonder and discovery in a free form, fun-filled minimally structured setting. Parent-child bonding is nourished as everyone has a great time! Please register for Practice & Play ahead of time as a "Drop In Class".
Waddlers
Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote your babies’ natural development. You’ll see your infants become stronger with increased hand, arm, and trunk control, which leads to some of their biggest milestones like crawling and, eventually, walking. We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs.
Gymsters/ Terrific Tots
During this captivating class, the youngsters are engaged as they warm up, sing, dance, watch puppet shows, and practice their physical skills. The teachers, along with parents, will guide them through basic tumbling and gymnastics skills – no gymnastics experience required! The children feel great about themselves as they practice and improve gross and fine motor skills, balance, and agility.
