Since 1941, Camp Cedar Ridge has been providing campers with the opportunity to grow closer to Christ, explore new experiences, and form strong, lasting friendships. This camp's mission is to invest in the lives of its campers and facilitate their personal and spiritual growth. To make the camp accessible to families of all backgrounds, tuition costs are kept low. Camp Cedar Ridge is not supported by any denomination, so it depends on the generosity of donors who give to the Send a Kid to Camp campaign. All donations given to this campaign are directly applied to the tuition of campers. Camp Cedar Ridge is a wonderful way for children to gain an enriching summer experience, without breaking the bank. Serving 550+ children annually since 1955, this all-volunteer residential program is located at Camp Copneconic in Fenton, Michigan. At Camp Midicha, dozens of volunteers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dieticians and more, give their time and knowledge to teach children the skills they need to manage their diabetes and live healthy lives. In 2017, Camp Midicha expanded to offer year-round programming, including a Family camp and a Young Adult camp (for 18-25-year-olds). This gives kids with diabetes more opportunities to learn, grow, and make friends throughout the year. Plus, the camp's location is ideal for parents looking for a summer camp in the Midwest. Camp Midicha is truly a special place for kids with diabetes. With the support of dedicated volunteers and year-round programs, children gain the skills and confidence they need to take control of their diabetes and lead happy, healthy lives.

Ann Arbor YMCA Camp Al-Gon-Quian (AGQ) is the perfect place for your child to make memories that last a lifetime. Located on the picturesque Burt Lake, MI, AGQ is home to 1,300 campers each summer. Our mission is to help campers grow in spirit, mind, and body through our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. AGQ offers a traditional overnight camp experience for children ages 8-16. Campers have the opportunity to bunk in semi-rustic cabins, with role model counselors who will help them develop important life skills. During their stay, campers can enjoy a variety of activities that promote social, emotional, and life skills.
