Tony, who once ran so fast he broke the time barrier and arrived before he left, is a retired superhero now using his speed to teach young runners the art of the dash. With his neon green sneakers that glow like fireflies and his hair streaming behind him like a comet's tail, Tony is a sight to behold. These kids, hailing from Detroit to Grand Rapids, train with Turbo Toe Tony, who shares his super speed secrets.
