Our Children and Youth Services offer a range of programs to support the healthy development of children before birth through age 25. Twice As Nice is proud to be licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) and certified through Bright Stars, Rhode Island’s quality rating and improvement system for child care and learning programs. Our program is committed to providing young learners with an enriching and stimulating environment for their growth. Our staff members are highly trained and passionate about creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes developmentally appropriate practices. We offer both September-June and year-round programs for children between 18 months and 5 years of age. For our preschool program, children must be fully potty trained. At Sandpipers Early Learning Center, we strive to provide the highest quality early care and education experiences for children and families. Our professional teaching staff oversees the development of children ages six weeks through five years. We work hard to ensure our program encourages positive self-images through engaged learning at an early age and provides a safe and nurturing environment that recognizes each child’s unique needs. We are proud to offer our services to almost 150 children and their families annually. Our Early Care and Education Program offers a variety of age-appropriate programming for infants, yearlings, toddlers, and preschoolers. We strive to create a learning atmosphere that is both enjoyable and encourages exploration and creativity.
