Our hero, a spectacle-wearing seagull named Specs, swoops over the Ocean State narrating the magical tales of these mini Einsteins. From the sandy beaches of Newport to the bustling streets of Providence, Specs takes us on a journey across the state, introducing us to his friends. In the city, there's Lily. She's a whiz at coding, always with her head buried in her laptop, creating worlds out of binary. Then there's Mikey, from the rolling farmlands, who spends his days dreaming up sustainable farming technologies. He's turned his barn into a laboratory, much to the sheep's surprise! Don't forget about the aquatic duo, Sam and Sally, who spend their time exploring the marine life in Narraganset Bay. When they're not snorkeling, they're inventing gadgets to keep the ocean clean, because, well, nobody likes a dirty playground! And then, there's Evie from the universities, always seen with a hefty physics book, challenging the laws of nature. She's so absorbed in her experiments that she once accidentally levitated her cat, Whiskers. In Rhode Island, the smallest state with the biggest dreams, these STEM/STEAM enthusiasts are diving into a realm of endless possibilities. Each day is a new adventure, filled with bizarre experiments, tangled equations, and dizzying discoveries. Twice As Nice is proud to be licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) and certified through Bright Stars, Rhode Island’s quality rating and improvement system for child care and learning programs. Our program is committed to providing young learners with an enriching and stimulating environment for their growth. Our staff members are highly trained and passionate about creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes developmentally appropriate practices. We offer both September-June and year-round programs for children between 18 months and 5 years of age. For our preschool program, children must be fully potty trained. At Twice As Nice, we strive to create a safe, nurturing learning environment for our students. Our staff are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential and we strive to continually exceed the expectations of Bright Stars.
