At our gym, we are committed to providing the best instruction to our students. Our classes are divided based on age and skill level in order to maximize the learning experience for each child. We understand the importance of keeping siblings or friends together, but this can only be done if they are all the same age and skill level. If the children are of different ages and skill levels, we are happy to work with parents to arrange classes at the same time so siblings or friends can still see each other in the gym. This makes it more convenient for parents and helps to simplify pick-up and drop-off. Here at our gym, we want the best for our students and their families. Our classes are carefully divided into age and skill level groups so each child can get the most out of their instruction. We make every effort to keep siblings and friends together, but if this isn't possible due to different ages and skill levels, we are happy to work with parents to arrange classes at the same time so the children can still see each other. This helps to make it easier for parents on pick-up and drop-off.

Our School was built on the belief that everyone can benefit from our programs, all of which build self-confidence, self-esteem, physical fitness and personal fulfillment. We offer a flexible family-friendly schedule for the convenience of our students.

At our dojo, we emphasize a traditional curriculum that includes basics, kata, and kumite. Each student must earn their rank and there are no guarantees of achieving a certain belt. We believe in hard work and dedication to reach the ultimate goal. Additionally, our training incorporates aspects from Judo and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, to create a well-rounded program. The dojo is proud to be part of a lineage of Master Don Nagle, one of the greatest American Martial Artists. We are committed to upholding the spirit of Master Nagle and strive to learn from each other. Our dojo emphasizes that the study of Karate is a journey, without a definite destination. We must be willing to work hard and be dedicated to reach our goals.
