At Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy, we offer an exciting dance program called Dance Commotion, designed to introduce children to a variety of dance styles. At Little Dragon's Martial Arts, we believe in providing our young students with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills. We prioritize teaching a little information a lot, rather than a lot of information a little. Each class follows a daily routine, allowing the young students to become more and more efficient in their martial arts abilities. As they progress, they will learn more complex techniques and life skills, such as financial literacy. There is no rush for advancement, and we always allow the student to progress at their own rate. On average, students can expect to earn a high white belt after approximately six months, and a yellow belt after approximately one year.

Our studios are equipped with cameras and an app you can download to watch your child's progress from your phone. Upscale Athletics was established in 2013 and began as one of Mooresville, NC's premier sports organizations. In 2015, the business relocated to Denver, NC and has since become a valued member of the community. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Upscale Athletics had to close its facility and transition to privates, small groups and virtual coaching consultation in August 2020. Tamil Jones, the owner and founder of Upscale Athletics LLC, has over 30 years of experience in the gymnastics industry, and is also a Registered RBT who helps children with Autism. As such, Upscale Athletics now offers Autism Creative Learning and Guided Play sessions on Sunday afternoons in Davidson, NC.
