Established in 1856 as the Worcester Employment Society, the Center provided women with the skills and opportunity to make and sell handcrafts. Today, the Worcester Center for Crafts carries on this legacy, creating an inviting environment for a diverse artistic community to discover and explore their creativity through a wide range of craft classes, exhibits, and events. For 156 years, this passion has been at the core of the Center’s mission. We invite you to come and join in our celebration of the beauty and power of craft. At Energy Athletics, we provide a wide range of sports training and development for athletes of all ages and levels. We have a variety of specialized classes like pitching, hitting, and fielding, as well as team training and clinics. Our facility also offers multi-sport training, with expert coaches in lacrosse, basketball, and soccer, so athletes have the opportunity to develop their skills in multiple sports. We are proud to offer athletes a facility that can help them become the best versions of themselves.

Since 1989, our center has proudly served families in Central Massachusetts. We abide by all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care policies, and strive to ensure that our program provides a fair and enriching experience for each child. We provide a stimulating environment for children from birth to five, with activities designed to foster cognitive, language, social emotional, physical and creative growth. Our creative curriculum helps children to learn and grow in a safe and engaging environment. At our center, we recognize the importance of providing nurturing and supportive care to both children and their families. We are dedicated to providing a safe and enriching learning environment for children in Central Massachusetts, and work with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible experience for each child.

SAORI Weaving is an art form for everyone! It encourages free expression and self-development, regardless of physical or mental ability, age, or artistic aptitude. SAORI Weaving is a creative adventure that requires no premeditated pattern. Each individual weaver can enjoy the freedom to explore and express their unique style. The vibrant colors and delightful designs that emerge are a testament to the genius of the individual and the harmony created with the loom, thread, and the moment. SAORI Weaving is a journey that can be shared socially with others. Not only is it enjoyable and fulfilling, but it also provides numerous practical applications. We can create beautiful garments, bags, tapestries, and more that can be appreciated by all. SAORI Weaving is limitless and accessible to everyone. It is an enjoyable, creative experience that can be shared with others. Anyone can join in the fun of SAORI Weaving and create beautiful, useful items!

This inspiring initiative, Main IDEA, was founded by a group of passionate artists, musicians, and dancers who dreamt of creating a more open and accessible arts community in Worcester. The workshops ran in the summer of 2011, and gave kids an opportunity to explore their creative side in a safe and supportive environment. After the week of creative exploration, the kids were able to share their artwork in a showcase with family, friends, and community members. Main IDEA is a fantastic example of how creativity can bring people together and help foster a more open and accessible arts community.

They come from diverse backgrounds in softball and community service, instilling in our athletes a sense of sportsmanship, respect, and responsibility. Our goal is to nurture our athletes’ development both on and off the field. We prioritize positive energy, community service, friendship, and technical skill growth, ensuring that our athletes are prepared to take their game to the next level. Our commitment to excellence and dedication to our athletes makes WU a great place to grow and shine.

At Seven Hills, the mission is to ensure that all people, regardless of their abilities, have access to the support and resources they need to live full, meaningful lives. The foundation understands that every individual has the right to dignity and respect, and works to create a culture of respect and inclusion for everyone. Seven Hills Foundation is committed to promoting and protecting the rights of people to experience all that life has to offer.

At our early child-care and education centers, we believe in the importance of providing quality care and education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children. Founded in 2002, we have locations in Hubbardston, Leominster, Barre, Worcester, Fitchburg, and Gardner open Monday through Friday, with hours of operation varying by location. We offer both full-time and part-time care and maintain an open-door policy for all families. Our teachers are certified annually in CPR/First Aid and undergo criminal records, sex offender records and Department of Children and Families background checks. They also promote hands-on and teacher-guided learning and continue their education annually.

WPI’s pre-collegiate programs provide an opportunity for students to explore and expand their knowledge in a wide range of topics. With programs available for elementary, middle, and high school students, there is something for everyone. From introductory STEM courses and robotics to math competitions, humanities, arts, and sports camps- students can get hands-on, immersive learning experiences in a fun and educational environment. Not only do these programs help students develop leadership and collaboration skills, but they also build confidence and foster friendships. Ultimately, the goal is to help students pursue their passions and set them up for success in the future.

Introducing Technocopia, a non-profit makerspace located in Worcester, Massachusetts. With a generous 12,000 sq. ft. facility, it’s the ideal place for artisans to get creative and work on their projects. There are common work spaces, rental bays, and a variety of tools to make use of. At Technocopia, there’s something for everyone. Take advantage of the wood shop, metal shop, 3d printer station, electronics bay, textile studio, glass flameworking shop, classroom, design studio, and CNC router and laser cutter shop. Plus, there are training classes and workshops available in the shared work areas. If you’re looking for a creative outlet, Technocopia is the perfect place for you. With the wide array of tools and resources, you’ll be able to get inspired and make something truly unique. Plus, the classes and workshops will help you take your skills to the next level.

We've got two great options for you and your family to enjoy crafting together! Our Walk In Studio Painting and Pottery to Go allows you to visit the studio anytime and create something special. If your group is larger than usual, you can also easily book an appointment ahead of time. When you choose Pottery to Go, you don't need to worry about coming into the studio in person. Simply message us on Facebook and we'll send you pictures of all the inventory, so you can pick out the items you want virtually. Your items will be wrapped up and all the paint and brushes you need will be provided for you to take home and craft in the comfort of your own home. Finally, if you're looking for a special occasion to gather the family, Birthday Parties, Ladies Nights, Scout troops or Family Gatherings, we're back in full swing!
