The studio strives to create a strong sense of community and belonging among their students, teaching them that everyone is equal and valuable. For the past 16 years, Beyond Crayons has been a leader in the art education field for homeschoolers, toddlers, preschoolers, and children in the Belchertown and Chicopee communities. We started out as a small business in 2003, teaching art to homeschoolers. But soon, neighborhood parents wanted private and semiprivate lessons for their children, and we happily grew to meet that need. In 2016, we made the move to our larger location in Chicopee, MA. Then, in 2018, we expanded our program to include toddlers and preschoolers, and started offering workshops, group events, and birthday parties. Today, Beyond Crayons continues to be a leader in the art education field in the Belchertown and Chicopee communities. We strive to provide a safe and fun learning environment for kids of all ages, and are committed to helping children develop their skills and express their creativity.

At our dance program, we offer classes for children age three and up on an annual basis. Our teachers are passionate about helping our students learn the art of dance, and emphasize correct form and technique while focusing on developing strong bodies. At the end of the year, we have a performance revue in May, where we celebrate the success of our students. We are proud of our program and its excellence in teaching the art of dance.
