About Darien Community Association (DCA) in Darien, CT

The DCA is a privately-funded nonprofit that does not receive any financial support from the Town of Darien. Since 1923 we’ve been making our community a nicer place to live, by providing people of all ages a place to gather, give and learn. At the DCA, we enrich our community in a welcoming, historic setting for lifelong learning, philanthropy, and enjoyment.

CHILDREN’S EVENTS

The DCA’s Parade is a 27-year town tradition for our youngest residents. This year, 125 children enjoyed trick-or-treating with their parents/caregivers on a stretch of Post Road.

SKYHUNTERS IN FLIGHT: BIRDS OF PREY DEMO

Over 110 spectators came to the DCA for an up-close look at live owls, hawks, and falcons from around the world, with Master Falconer Brian Bradley and his wife, Teddy.
