At SDSS, we are proud to be the first martial art system to be brought to the Northeast. Our decades of service to people of all ages has resulted in us becoming one of the leading providers of self-defense, self-discipline, fitness, and high-energy fun. Tigers classes provide the high-energy fun and life skills kids need. Our professional martial arts instructors will make martial arts fun for your young child!

Dragons class is a fast-paced and action-packed session of martial foundations, self defense, and fun. Your child will learn the life skills they will need to succeed.
