BOOKS AND COOKIES was an integral part of the Santa Monica, Main Street community since 2011. Not just a children’s bookstore, our passionate staff read, sang, learned and played with families who become friends. We shared our love of reading and our favorite books and celebrated countless birthdays with books and cookies (and cake)! Although it was hard to bid this physical location farewell, we learned quickly that it was not the walls that made us special, but the community of families built, unique enrichment programming created, hands-on book exploration, family events and the joy we shared in your children's smiles.

Evan Boorman, a STEM educator with over 18 years of experience, has created CodeREV Kids to address the most common questions he has encountered while teaching kids from all backgrounds. Boorman is uniquely qualified to handle the needs of students, whether they are gifted, having difficulty, or have learning disabilities. Evan Boorman has extensive experience in the STEM field, with 18+ years of teaching under his belt. As a result, he has developed CodeREV Kids to respond to the questions he has heard from children from all levels of ability. Boorman's expertise allows him to work effectively with children of all aptitudes, including those that are especially talented, those who are struggling, and those with learning disabilities.

When Robbie Yrigoyen had a conversation with Bob McKnight, CEO of Quiksilver at the time, she knew it was the start of something special. With her business and surfing experience, Bob proposed the idea of her opening surf camps that Quiksilver would sponsor. In 2001, Perfect Day Surf Camp was born. Robbie Yrigoyen has spent her career making dreams come true. Before she opened Perfect Day Surf Camp, she had opened and ran 5 Star hotel bars and restaurants such as Hollywood's SKYBAR in the Mondrian Hotel, The Standard Hotel in LA, Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica and more. Robbie has a long track record of success and her Perfect Day Surf Camp is no exception. Perfect Day Surf Camp has grown from a conversation between friends to a renowned business. The camp has become a go-to destination for families and surfers alike, offering an opportunity to learn and hone their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Robbie Yrigoyen's commitment to making dreams come true has made Perfect Day Surf Camp a success for nearly two decades.

At AQUA SURF, we offer private surf lessons every day of the year. Our highly experienced team of coaches is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities learn to surf.
