He is a Fourth Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a Certified Red Zone Threat Management Knife Defense Trainer, a Certified Scientific Wrestling Catch Wrestling Coach, and a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Sam Kressin. This experience has enabled him to develop a unique Applied Martial Arts system which combines the best of mixed martial arts and combat self-defense. Brian has also earned a BS in Psychology from San Diego State University and an MBA from the same school. These qualifications have helped him to become a Mental Performance Coach.
