Rock Fitness is the perfect place to get fit! Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced climber, we have something for everyone. Our 10,000 square foot facility offers a wide variety of activities, like rock climbing and bouldering, a full gym, personal training, group classes, and even a basketball/volleyball court and slackline/hi-line. Plus, we have cageball and team building courses! Want to try us out? We have day passes, memberships, and birthday parties available. We’re even a charter school vendor. So come join us and get your exercise in with Rock Fitness! At Rock Fitness, we believe in providing a safe and fun environment for climbers of all levels. That’s why we offer a wide range of activities and classes to choose from, as well as day passes, memberships, and birthday parties. YOUTH SUMMER CAMP

This event is for ages 5-16 for our Rockin’ Summer Camp. Each day will focus on fun, fitness and of course climbing! Monday-Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm. Each day will feature at least one extremely fun focus activity, plus plenty of climbing!

NINJA KIDS

RF Ninja Kids is for ages 3-12yrs old, who want to be more active and take part in kid-friendly fitness with their friends! Kids will learn skills in climbing, parkour, gymnastics, and ninja warrior, staying active with group games, focusing on healthy habits, fitness, and fun. RF Ninja Kids is $150 per month and includes twice a week coached sessions with Rock Fitness Coaches plus a full membership. If you are interested in the team, you can sign your kids up for a membership here.

Rock Tots

Here at Rock Fitness, we offer Rock Tots for those parents that want to Climb, Workout, take Yoga, or Fitness Classes. Our friendly staff will watch your kiddos while you are out getting your Climb On.
