An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures. Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness. It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth. Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote young toddlers’ natural development. You’ll see your little ones become stronger and more coordinated as they learn, play, and grow! 🥰🥰🥰 We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs. This class is 50 minutes.

My Gym’s specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym! You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed! This class is 1 hr.
