At My Gym, we are passionate about helping children reach their milestones in a fun and physically engaging environment. We take delight in seeing the sparkle in children’s eyes as they make progress, from taking their first steps to tumbling down soft mats. We know that through fun activities, we can help children learn and grow their confidence and self-esteem. After 35 years, our dream of seeing happy and confident children has been realized, and we are proud to be part of it. Tiny Tykes 3m - 12m

An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures. Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness. It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

Terrific Tots 2y 6m - 3y 3m

Terrific Tots are TERRIFIC!!! 😊😊😊 In addition to having a blast with structured activities and games, your child will gain skills needed as involvement in team sports gets closer. Our curriculum will improve your child’s fine and gross motor proficiency while increasing strength and agility. Our caring teachers will build up your little one’s confidence and self-esteem with gentle encouragement to complete activities a bit more independently. This helps our Tots develop social skills, learn to follow directions, and cooperate in a group of their peers. This class is 50 minutes

Ninja Jr. 3y - 5y 11m

My Gym’s specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym! You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed! This class is 1 hr.
