In the 1940s, a vision was born to create a place where people could come and experience God in a beautiful, mountainous setting. With the purchase of the original 80 acres in Alaska, the dream of establishing Victory Bible Camp was set in motion. Before Alaska was a state, bills had to be introduced in the U.S. Congress to make the purchase possible. Eventually, in 1947, Victory Bible Camp was officially founded and the legacy began. Today, Victory Bible Camp has grown to encompass over 400 acres in the valley between the Talkeetna and Chugach mountain ranges. The campus also provides facilities to accommodate up to 300 visitors, allowing many people to come and experience the beauty of God’s creation in Alaska. Victory Bible Camp has been providing a place for people to come and experience God in the Alaskan wilderness for over 70 years. What started as a vision to purchase 80 acres in Alaska has grown into a 400 acre campus. This amazing camp has stood the test of time, and continues to be a place of spiritual and natural beauty for young and old alike.

Victory Ministries of Alaska is a Christian camp and conference ministry with a mission to bring children and youth closer to Jesus Christ. Located 95 miles northeast of Anchorage and 5 miles northeast of Fairbanks, Victory Ministries consists of two campuses. Victory Bible Camps and Camp Li-Wa offer a variety of activities to engage and encourage spiritual growth. Our 5 acre private property provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration, from hiking trails to playgrounds. No matter the season or weather, the Joy Greisen JEC provides an outdoor learning experience to all of our students. The Joy Greisen JEC is a non-profit early education center that offers a unique blend of secular and Judaic learning. Our 5 acre private property is complete with trees, hiking trails, and playgrounds, making it a perfect location for outdoor learning experiences. Through our curriculum, we focus on teaching Jewish values and social emotional learning alongside academics. We invite families of all faiths to explore our center and appreciate the values we put into practice. No matter the season or weather, the Joy Greisen JEC provides an outdoor learning experience to all of our students.
