Ocean City Arts Center is a place for the individual to gain an appreciation of mankind’s diversity through the visual and performing arts. OCAC strives to offer creative opportunities that appeal to all ages and interests, all people in the local and surrounding South Jersey communities. To ensure all who seek the arts, scholarship assistance is available. Our facility offers an inspiring setting that includes three large studios with northern light and a dance studio, music room, pottery studio, and reference library. Each month we present a new exhibit featuring regional and national artists of various mediums. Each exhibit opens with a “Meet the Artist” reception that adds a personal dimension to the experience.

Glazed Over Studio was founded in 2005 by a passionate artist who wanted to share her love for pottery painting with the community. What started as a small studio has now grown into a thriving hub of artistic exploration and inspiration. Over the years, we have welcomed countless individuals, families, and groups, all seeking a memorable and enjoyable creative experience. At Glazed Over, we believe that art has the power to bring people together, foster imagination, and ignite joy. We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels encouraged to express their unique creativity. Whether you're looking to spend quality time with loved ones, relax and unwind, or simply unleash your artistic side, we're here to make that happen. Our studio is designed to be a haven for artistic exploration. We offer a wide selection of pottery pieces, ranging from mugs and plates to figurines and vases, waiting to be transformed into one-of-a-kind masterpieces. With a rainbow of vibrant colors and a variety of painting techniques at your disposal, the possibilities are endless. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer inspiration. ​

At the dance place we hope to make dance an important part of your child's life. Dance is an art form and gives each student the chance to express themselves in many different ways. We are Ocean City’s largest dance teaching school. All of our dance teachers are experienced in the style they teach. Our teachers are chosen not only for their qualifications, but for their ability to relate to the students. We teach everyone from beginners to advances level students.

The Ocean City Theatre Company (OCTC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has a strong bond to the local Ocean City area. Dedicated to providing excellent theatre to the Jersey shore, the OCTC Board of Directors and Artistic Director, Michael Hartman, have worked together to make OCTC a premier arts organization. OCTC performs a diverse range of professional musicals each year as a Summer Stock/Regional Non-Equity Company. Audiences get to experience the joy of Broadway-style shows with the help of the Ocean City POPS Orchestra under the direction of Maestro William Scheible. OCTC is passionate about developing theatre education for young people and offers a variety of theatre camps through the Ocean City Department of Recreation. In addition, OCTC has created a Junior Company that features young local performers in fully staged productions. This is a great way for kids to explore their passion for music, dance and theatre.

Ocean City is home to numerous fitness facilities and programs including the Aquatic & Fitness Center located in the Community Center. The Aquatic & Fitness Center is a multi-faceted facility that encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to participate in programs that help to promote good health. The center has a 25-meter pool, strength and cardiovascular equipment training space, an exercise studio for aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and martial arts, indoor cycling, personal training, and racquetball court. The Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center has something for everyone in the family.

Bringing music into your home can be a wonderful and rewarding experience. Music Together® is an internationally recognized early childhood music program designed to help parents and caregivers bring music into their homes. With Music Together, you and your babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergartners can experience the joy of making music together in a relaxed, non-performance-oriented setting. The program includes songs, instrument play, rhythm chants, and movement activities that will help to foster your child's musical growth. Music Together® is the perfect way to bond with your little one and connect with other families in your community. Through Music Together's classes, you will get to share songs, instrument play, rhythm chants, and movement activities with other families in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Not only will your child learn to love music, but they will also learn to appreciate the joy of making music with others. Music Together® is an amazing program that offers you and your family the opportunity to make music together in a playful and non-performance-oriented setting. Whether you're an experienced musician or have no musical experience at all, Music Together classes are designed to help you and your little ones learn and grow together. With songs, instrument play, rhythm chants, and movement activities, your family will form lasting connections and memories as you explore the joy of music.
