About Greater Ocean City Theatre Co. in Ocean City, NJ
The Ocean City Theatre Company (OCTC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has a strong bond to the local Ocean City area. Dedicated to providing excellent theatre to the Jersey shore, the OCTC Board of Directors and Artistic Director, Michael Hartman, have worked together to make OCTC a premier arts organization. OCTC performs a diverse range of professional musicals each year as a Summer Stock/Regional Non-Equity Company. Audiences get to experience the joy of Broadway-style shows with the help of the Ocean City POPS Orchestra under the direction of Maestro William Scheible. OCTC is passionate about developing theatre education for young people and offers a variety of theatre camps through the Ocean City Department of Recreation. In addition, OCTC has created a Junior Company that features young local performers in fully staged productions. This is a great way for kids to explore their passion for music, dance and theatre.

Broadway Babies 0 mo - 3 yrs
Broadway Babies is a theatrical twist on the classic Mommy-and-Me music class. Through the use of props and instruments young music lovers will develop speech skills, movement patterns, enjoy bonding time with their caregiver and have FUN listening, movin' and groovin' to an array of Broadway's best hits! This class is for infants as young as 8 weeks- 3 years and their caregiver. Whether this is your first time in a class or you're a seasoned veteran, Broadway babies is the perfect place for the family to enjoy an in-person educational experience that will have you singing all week long.

A Mixed Up Fairytale! (Theatre Camp 2) 3rd - 8th grade
This camp is for all of the young actors and actresses who like to perform but don’t want to do musical theatre! The entire world of fairy tales gets utterly mixed up in this silly one-act play! The Grimm brothers are writing their stories late into the night when suddenly a terrible gust of wind flings open the door and blows the pages everywhere! Later that night, the stories begin to intermingle in Wilhelm’s dreams.
