We are a group of athletes, parents, and professionals committed to health and wellness. We believe that physical fitness is an important part of every day — and are committed to bringing it to individuals with developmental delays in a fun and engaging way.

Swimming involves the application of several scientific principles which underline the fundamental concepts for the beginner or more advanced swimmer. The key to the instruction is communication and repetition which will develop a more positive learning experience within each child's ability level. Maximum comfortable exposure is necessary and permitted by heating the water to 86 degrees.
