At Let's Play Music, we offer private lessons for piano, guitar, voice, drums and more! Our private lesson program includes four weekly lessons with an instructor on the instrument of your choice, weekly theory or sight singing classes, and monthly workshops and ensembles. Students of all levels can participate in rock bands, theory and sight singing classes, monthly workshops and ensembles, recitals, community performances and an annual regional music festival. We also offer a Maestro status Kindermusik program for infants and preschoolers as well as a Music for Little Mozarts program for preschool aged children. Our Music for Little Mozarts program provides a fun introduction to various musical instruments and basic musical concepts. At Let's Play Music, we believe learning music should be fun and engaging. Our programs offer students of all levels the opportunity to explore music in a variety of ways. Parents, you won't believe the progress your children can make with our young dancer program! Through fun dance activities, our program focuses on developing motor skills and musicality while promoting a healthy and happy lifestyle. The growth and progress seen in the children by the end of the year is remarkable - and with our teachers and assistants they will no longer need the aid of parents by the time each class is ready. Our young dancer program is open to all and does not participate in recital. To help enhance their experience we recommend optional add-on classes such as Kinder Jazz, Kinder Tumble, Tumble I, Hip Hop I and Broadway Babies. Nick Savery opened the Meikyo Dojo in January of 2013, to share his passion for Kyokushin Karate with the community of Hudson, NH. Kyokushin is a traditional form of karate that originated in Japan and emphasizes full-contact sparring and self-development. At Meikyo Dojo, we strive to build a strong sense of community around the discipline and self-improvement that comes with traditional karate. The name Meikyo means “a brightly polished mirror,” or “mirror of the soul.” It is believed that karate is a way to continuously polish our techniques and ourselves, gradually improving both body and mind. The word Dojo translates to “training hall” – at Meikyo Dojo, we are committed to providing a supportive and safe environment to train in traditional karate.
