Head instructor Sensei Bob Mangan has been involved with the martial arts for over four decades. He has expertise in a variety of styles and works to stay up to date with the self-defense needs of our modern world. Shawnelle wanted to make sure that kids today had the opportunity to explore their creativity with fashion. That's why she created Future Fashion Designers which is a place for kids to ignite and learn the art of fashion design. Our mission is to nurture and inspire the next generation of fashion designers. Through Future Fashion Designers, kids can explore sewing, design and other fashion related activities. Shawnelle has a passion for teaching kids how to sew and express their fashion ideas. She is dedicated to helping kids discover the joys of fashion design and create their own unique looks. She hopes to bring the creative spirit of fashion design to every child who enters Future Fashion Designers.

Flying High Academy is a 22,000 square foot, fully air-conditioned facility, complete with a front and back gym. Our front gym is home to our after-school, boys gymnastics, girls gymnastics, cheerleading, and team programs, while our back gym offers our Little Explorers (ages 18 months to 4 years old) program and tumbling classes.
