With a history of 39 years, the centre serves Portland, Westbrook, Gorham, Standish and Limington, Maine, and has earned a reputation for providing quality education and joy of the arts to its surrounding communities. Classes are available for students ages 3 to 93, with levels ranging from beginner to professional. The Centre of Movement School of Performing Arts offers instruction in the performing arts under the direction of veteran dancer/actress Victoria “Vic” Lloyd. Students can choose from a wide variety of subjects in dance and theatre such as ballet, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, gymnastics, drumming, musical comedy, and more. The classes are designed to foster the development of sound technical skills, expand creativity, and build self-confidence and true appreciation for the performing arts. With 82 acres of woodlands, fields, and pastures, Vienna Farm is a picturesque setting for the equestrian-minded. The farm specializes in dressage, and offers riding lessons for any skill level. The farm is conveniently located just south of Sebago Lake, and is within a short drive from Portland, Maine’s largest city. Visitors are encouraged to stop by, meet the experienced instructors and trainers, and take in the beauty of the farm.
