We are delighted to welcome you and your family to the Rainbow Workshop and Learning Center. We are privileged to be part of your child's first introduction to formal learning and education. It is our pleasure to work together as partners to ensure that each child has access to the many benefits our program offers, such as the opportunity for personal growth, development, and the skills to become a global citizen. This September we will proudly celebrate 40 years of serving the community. We are proud to be fully licensed by the State of Massachusetts and to have earned the distinguished National Accreditation from N.A.E.Y.C in Washington, D.C. for the third time. Fight Back Solutions is committed to helping people learn the essential skills needed to protect themselves in today’s world. Our mission is to provide the best educational experience possible to ensure that our students acquire the necessary skills to remain safe in ever-changing times. Our Street Safe Courses, Foundation Courses, and Fight Fit Personal Training programs offer simple, direct, and effective self defense strategies. Our instructors are highly trained and certified professionals with vast experience in martial arts and personal protection. We strive to help our students gain the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions possible when faced with a dangerous situation. At Fight Back Solutions, we believe in the power of knowledge. We are committed to helping our students grow by providing them with the resources and tools they need to stay safe and defend themselves in any situation. We strive to be an integral part of our students’ growth and development and continue to foster a culture of learning and personal growth.

At the Jack Rua Camp for Children with Diabetes, young people with type 1 diabetes, ages 5-14, their siblings, and their friends are given the chance to learn about and face the challenges of diabetes in a fun and supportive environment. With small enrollment and a staff-to-camper ratio that’s designed to ensure safety, campers are able to explore and try a wide range of activities with plenty of supervision from experienced role models. At the Jack Rua Camp, kids with diabetes, their siblings, and their friends can join in the fun and build lasting friendships. The camp encourages campers to become more self-sufficient and independent, while learning about diabetes and exploring the world around them. Every day brings something new and exciting, and campers can gain invaluable knowledge about diabetes and its management.
