Yes, it's true that many children might shed a few tears when they start their swim lessons. It can seem like a big, brave step for them to take that initial leap into the pool. However, swimming is a vital skill and, before you know it, they'll be having a blast in the water. We guarantee it! Our teaching methods are focused on your little one. We are deeply sensitive to the fact that this is a fresh adventure for them, and we approach it with empathy. With a wealth of successful experience under our belts, we know how to navigate these moments that might seem scary. Through our patient and caring approach, we're here to guide your child through this new experience. Parents, take a deep breath and relax! If your child starts crying, don't panic. They're in the expert care of our professional, compassionate instructors who understand their fears and anxieties. The tears are just a passing phase and tend to subside quickly. Your child won't be seen as uncooperative or treated unfairly in any way. We use techniques that are respectful of each child's individual concerns and ability levels. In no time, your child will realize that swimming and having fun in the water go hand in hand! It's important to remember that showing anxiety or concern when your child cries could inadvertently give them the impression that crying is a way to get your attention, or worse, it could amplify their fears. As the parent, there are many ways you can provide reassurance and help accelerate their learning process.
