In the wee little state of Delaware, or DE as the locals fondly call it, tucked away in the northeastern pocket of the United States, there's something peculiar happening. Kids are swapping their electronic gadgets for a rather unusual sport - Lacrosse! It's a sport so thrilling that even video games couldn't compete with it. You see, the kids in DE have a secret weapon, an imaginary friend named Lenny the Lacrosse Lizard. Lenny is no ordinary lizard. Oh no! He's a cool, quirky, lacrosse prodigy with neon green scales and a tail that can swing a lacrosse stick faster than a hummingbird's wings. He might be just a foot tall, but boy, can he play! Every morning, just as the Delaware sun peeks over the horizon, Lenny leaps from dreamland, scurrying to the lacrosse fields to train his team of sprightly sprouts. There, he would teach them how to dodge like dashing dolphins, pass with the precision of a master archer, and shoot goals faster than a cheetah chasing its dinner. What's more, Lenny adds an extra layer of fun to the game! Sometimes, he disappears in the middle of a match only to pop up from the most unexpected places. Once, he popped right out of a player's shoe, causing such a laugh riot that even the grumpiest referee couldn't help but chuckle! So, whether DE kids are off to school, doing their homework, or brushing their teeth, they're always counting down the minutes until they can join Lenny the Lacrosse Lizard in their beloved lacrosse carnival. Because in Delaware, Lacrosse isn't just a sport; it's a magical adventure with a lizard leading the way!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
