After some investigation, he realized that he wasn't alone in this pursuit – there was a genuine need for a pre-school rugby class to fill the gap in the child development sector. Max Webb, a father with a passion for the game of rugby, was determined to find a pre-school rugby class for his three sons. In 2006, he was unable to find what he was looking for. After further research, he discovered that he wasn't the only parent with this same need. This presented a fantastic opportunity to create a great program – a pre-school rugby class to fill the void in child development.
