Grant Collins, the head instructor at Optimus BJJ, has been a martial artist for 25 years, earning a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 1st degree black belt in Hapkido, and a 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Mauricio “Tinguinha” Mariano. His passion and dedication to the martial arts is evident in the top-notch instruction he provides to his students. Founded in 1970, the league has provided a safe and fun environment for our children to learn America’s past-time. For nearly 50 years, the Laguna Niguel Little League has been a vital part of the community, teaching children the values of teamwork and good sportsmanship. The league provides a nurturing and supportive space for kids to learn the game of baseball while making friends and having fun in a safe community environment. During the season, parents have the opportunity to volunteer in the concession stand, coach a team, or be an umpire. We believe that this type of environment can help create a positive outlook on physical activity that will last a lifetime.
