At the Kumon Math and Reading Center of West Orange, NJ, we strive to instill in children the desire to achieve more and a love of learning. For the last 60 years, the Kumon after-school academic enrichment program has been helping children around the world reach their highest potential. In addition to the music school, Dan’s Music Studio produces a yearly recital and talent show. This spring, Dan’s Music Studio produced a successful talent show with over 50 students, performing in either a vocal or instrumental solo, duet or group ensemble. The show was a great success, with many participants and family members in attendance. Since 2006, Dan’s Music Studio has been providing quality music education to the community. With services that include lessons in piano, strings, percussion, band instruments, vocal performance and group ensemble, as well as special needs programs and a yearly recital and talent show, DMS is a leader in providing music education in the West Orange area. As enrollment continues to grow, so does Dan’s passion for educating and inspiring others.

Located in Essex County, Turtle Back Zoo is part of the Essex County Parks Department and offers its services to residents of the county as well as the surrounding areas. The Zoological Society of NJ, Inc. is the not-for-profit organization that works to raise funds for improvements and activities at the Zoo. The Zoo provides an educational and enriching experience for all ages, with the goal of inspiring an appreciation and understanding of wildlife conservation. Through its partnership with the Zoological Society of NJ, Inc., Turtle Back Zoo is constantly striving to improve its facilities and offerings, so that visitors can enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience.

At No Limit Martial Arts in West Orange, we provide a safe and positive environment for kids of all ages, starting from 4 years old. Our classes are designed to teach stand-up and grappling martial arts while also teaching important life skills such as how to handle bullying and protect friends.
