About Dan's Music Studio

In addition to the music school, Dan’s Music Studio produces a yearly recital and talent show. This spring, Dan’s Music Studio produced a successful talent show with over 50 students, performing in either a vocal or instrumental solo, duet or group ensemble. The show was a great success, with many participants and family members in attendance. Since 2006, Dan’s Music Studio has been providing quality music education to the community. With services that include lessons in piano, strings, percussion, band instruments, vocal performance and group ensemble, as well as special needs programs and a yearly recital and talent show, DMS is a leader in providing music education in the West Orange area. As enrollment continues to grow, so does Dan’s passion for educating and inspiring others.

Piano

Learning to play the piano is fun, entertaining, and a wonderful way to begin learning all about music. It's also a great way to exercise your brain. Playing the piano improves coordination, alleviates stress, and promotes an all-around sense of well being. Recommended for the young child and beginner, the piano is a great way to teach responsibility and commitment. Many children begin with piano, to form a very strong musical base, and later move on to other instruments.

Guitar

One of the most popular instruments, guitar can be very versatile. Whether you're into rock, metal, folk, country, classical, flamenco or anything else, chances are you’ll be able to play it on the guitar. Play solo, or join the rock band!

Vocal Performance

Everyone has a voice so, let's make yours better! Here you will learn to improve vocal technique, increase range, and learn to become a performer, rather than just a singer. On our stage, you will lose your shyness, as you invite your friends and family to your very own private recital.
