The Middletown Township Cultural and Arts Council’s mission is to celebrate and promote the arts while enriching the community through arts programming, education, entertainment, and cultural connection for individuals of all ages and abilities. The Middletown Arts Center is an award-winning, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to bringing quality arts programming and events to New Jersey. Although the building is owned by Middletown Township, it is operated by the Middletown Township Cultural & Arts Council, Inc. (MCTAC), a 501c3 organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of local residents by supporting and promoting the arts. The needs of our community drive our arts program planning.

TCA is a recreation cheerleading gym. We are a full year competitive program, not affiliated with any youth sports organization. Although we spent MANY successful years in the local AYF and Pop Warner circuit, we decided to remove the township boundaries and form our own programs. What started out as one team of 19 girls and quickly grew to 6 teams of over 100 athletes. We may be new to this performance recreation cheerleading world, but we are certainly NOT new. TCA is rapidly growing. In fact, in two short years we have had to upgrade to a second training facility. We currently offer competitive teams for ages 4-18, levels 1-4. Our main location has a beautiful new spring floor and can be rented out to local cheer teams at an affordable cost. So what makes TCA different than all of the other gyms in the area? We strongly believe that every single athlete has their own skillset to offer to one of our teams. Hard work most certainly trumps talent, when talent doesn't work hard. Our highly skilled coaching staff believes in putting the same effort into every single athlete. We believe in the art of perfection over progression and instill "Growth Mindset" in our every day activities. We can and we will.

Our mission at the Elite Trampoline Academy is to produce Olympic level trampoline gymnasts in our state-of-the-art trampoline training facility while providing recreational lessons and birthday parties while promoting trampoline. The Elite Trampoline Academy is a trampoline training facility fully equipped with 7 trampolines, competitive Double Mini Trampoline and Power Rod Tumbling Floor devoted to bringing you the highest level of the world's newest and most exciting Olympic sport. Along with our internationally recognized competitive team, we offer recreational trampoline lessons for children of all ages and adults. Our recreational lessons create a unique and fun way to burn calories and stay in shape.

Founded in 2012, “one river” west of New York City, One River School® has developed a unique method for teaching art and digital design classes to people of all ages and all levels. With two locations in Central New Jersey, Head Over Heels Gymnastics is the place for everything gymnastics, and more! Our Parlin and Middletown locations offer classes for every interest, and every age group – starting with the littlest gym-goers at 18-months all the way through the advanced level teenager. Head Over Heels offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, trampoline classes, tumbling classes, cheerleading, karate, Ninja Zone, Summer fun and fitness day program, birthday parties, and much more! On top of all that, we offer a complete in-house dance studio called Bodies in Motion Dance Centre, which offers ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, boys classes, and creative movement among others. All of our classes are taught by professional and safety-certified coaches who make the learning environment fun, challenging, and rewarding!
