With two locations in Central New Jersey, Head Over Heels Gymnastics is the place for everything gymnastics, and more! Our Parlin and Middletown locations offer classes for every interest, and every age group – starting with the littlest gym-goers at 18-months all the way through the advanced level teenager. Head Over Heels offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, trampoline classes, tumbling classes, cheerleading, karate, Ninja Zone, Summer fun and fitness day program, birthday parties, and much more! On top of all that, we offer a complete in-house dance studio called Bodies in Motion Dance Centre, which offers ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, boys classes, and creative movement among others. All of our classes are taught by professional and safety-certified coaches who make the learning environment fun, challenging, and rewarding!
