Discover the joy of dance with Oneida’s Dance Studio! Established in 1966, Oneida’s Dance Studio is the first Latin American dance school in Hudson County, New Jersey and is run by Master Teacher and Choreographer Mrs. Oneida Quevedo de Cueto and Artistic Director Mrs. Sonia Grimaldi Ferrera. Students of all ages and abilities can take a range of classes, from Ballet to Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Spanish dance, Flamenco, Musical Theatre, Salsa, Hip-Hop and Tango, and can choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Oneida’s Dance Studio is proud to be a lifetime member of Dance Educators of America, Dance Masters of America, Associated Dance Teachers of New Jersey and Professional Dance Teachers Association. This ensures that students are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of dance concerts, recitals, competitions, parades and special presentations throughout the year. The Medallion Testing Program through Dance Educators of America also allows students to complete their ballet studies through a series of ballet exams, giving them the potential to reach higher levels of dance education such as college and dance companies.
