Brookside Racquet and Swim Club is a private, family-oriented facility with activities and events for everyone. Originally created as a Swim Club, Brookside expanded and introduced tennis and platform tennis to the area in 1973. The Club was sold in 1986 to it's present owners. It has been their desire to maintain many of the original designs and doctrines established so many years ago. Nestled in a wooded glen just north of Brookside Avenue in Allendale and Mahwah, Brookside Racquet & Swim Club is a picturesque and private club offering the finest in outdoor recreational facilities in Bergen County.

SRYT Company Members are required to attend weekly technique classes to enhance their performance and fundamental skills. These classes are generally held on Thursdays during after-school hours. Company Members receive training in auditioning, character creation, acting methodology, vocal technique, musical theatre dance, stage combat, make-up design plus vital Coaching from Industry Professionals. Saturday afternoons are reserved for specific rehearsals throughout the year. This program is specifically designed for the child with a passion and a singular focus on theatre. (Multiple conflicts and tardiness will not be accepted.) A contract and calendar will be presented during the audition process for the company member and parent/guardian to sign and accept.
