Xtreme Dance Academy opened its doors in 1997 as Carries Dance Creations, with Carrie Edwards as the original owner and Jessica Long as the director and instructor. This family-friendly business plan was focused on providing quality dance instruction that could help children develop their skills from a young age through adulthood. In 2003, Jessica Long took the reins and purchased the business from Carrie, renaming it Xtreme Dance Academy and bringing Ashley Hawk on board as director and instructor. Xtreme has since grown while staying true to its core values. The owners have always been dedicated to providing dance instruction of the highest quality to help nurture talent in children of all ages.
