At Thy's TaeKwon-Do, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere for our students. We offer classes for children and adults of all ages, from 4 and beyond, in traditional ITF Taekwon-Do. Our instructors are experienced and passionate about the art of Taekwon-Do, and they strive to help our students reach their highest potential. At Thy's TaeKwon-Do, we believe in the power of Taekwon-Do to shape the minds of our students. We focus on building strength in both body and mind, while teaching respect for oneself and those around them. At DSOM South, we are proud to offer Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern, Acro, and Musical Theater, and we have recently been voted as the Best Dance Studio in Sanford/Springvale 2022. Our classes are designed to teach kids to be honest, respectful, and to practice integrity. We also emphasize the importance of good grades in school and encourage our students to become active members of their community. F.M.A.C. offers a safe and comfortable environment for all of our students. The facility is well-equipped with a 3,300 square-foot workout area, matted floors and high ceilings. There is even a pro-shop and separate male and female changing rooms and restrooms for added convenience. We are proud to provide our youth with the opportunity to grow and learn in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Our goal is to help them develop the skills needed to become respectful and successful members of society.

Our facility is also air-conditioned and well-lit, so you can work out in comfort and safety.
