At World of Wonder Preschool, we offer a part-time program with morning session options of 8:30 – 11:30 or 8:30 – 12:30. Our curriculum is designed to meet the individual needs of each child and encompass three levels: Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, and Transition. Nursery is offered in two levels and Pre-Kindergarten is offered in three levels. At Moppets, our curriculum is designed to work in a building block format, using prior knowledge to learn further. Our theme-based curriculum incorporates seven learning content areas that support and gently extend the children's learning environment, ensuring children grow in all areas of development. We believe that children learn best by doing, not by merely repeating what someone says. Through active thinking and experimenting through hands-on play, children will create social relationships, work on physical development, language and literacy, science and math, art and creative expression as well as social studies. ASL (American Sign Language) is also part of our curriculum in all age groups.
