At YoGami Kids, our goal is to provide an inviting atmosphere of exploration and discovery for kids of all ages. Our classes are designed to introduce children to the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness in a safe and enjoyable way. We believe that yoga can help children develop strength, flexibility and balance, while also teaching them valuable lessons in self-regulation, stress reduction, and emotional resilience. Our approach to yoga and mindfulness is interactive and creative, and our classes are designed to encourage children to explore the many benefits of yoga in a fun and supportive environment. Through activities like partner poses, breathing exercises, guided relaxations and mindful art, our students learn to focus, relax, and move with intention. We believe that by teaching kids to be mindful and take mindful actions, we can help them develop a lifetime of healthy habits.
