Our martial arts classes include Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) (both gi and no gi), Boxing, MMA and Kickboxing. If you’re an adult or teen student, you’re also welcome to join our Mixed Martial Arts class. With our wide range of classes, you can find something that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your fitness goals.

Kids Martial Arts
At K I Salem MA. we recognize that young children learn differently from teenagers or adults; that there is no “one size fits all” method of instruction. We separate our instruction into 3 separate programs – children, teens, and adults – to provide an interesting and safe environment for all of our practitioners.

After School Programs
Our after school program has lots of fun activities for the kids which includes pick up from school to our facility, snack time, homework, martial arts (karate, jiu-jitsu, & kickboxing), arts and craft, and much more!!! We also take vouchers!!! Our program is licensed by EEC of Massachusetts. All of our staff are CORI and background checked, and certified by the EEC. (Massachusetts Early Education and Care)

Summer Program
Are you worried about keeping your child busy this summer? Want to make sure they don’t spend all summer in front of the TV? Then try the Ki Salem MA. Martial Arts Summer Program. Your child will stay active, have fun, learn valuable life skills, and get quality martial arts training at our Martial Art summer program. Ki Salem MA. Kids get daily Martial Art ( karate, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) classes and character development training, discipline, cognitive and social development and much more!
