You’re investing in their commitment to stay educated, and the time spent hauling hay, mucking stalls, and grooming their charges with the same care they’d show their own horse. You’re investing in their passion and care for their field, and you’ll inevitably become a part of their life. Money can’t buy the joy of finally understanding a horse, or the personal growth that comes through education – but it does signal your commitment to that process. So when you pay for a lesson, it’s so much more than buying one hour of an instructor’s time.

Welcome to the Marion Center – a place filled with fun and learning since July of 2014! Here, children have the opportunity to engage in a variety of stimulating activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development. Every morning, upon entering the facility, you’ll be greeted with the sound of music and cheerful singing as the children participate in circle time. As the day progresses, the children will have the chance to explore their creativity through projects and portfolios, engage in imaginary play with peers, and develop their fine motor skills. Plus, nutritious meals are served daily to ensure the children are fueled to have the best day possible! Plus, the spacious playground and large play structures provide ample opportunity for gross motor development and outdoor fun.

Our specialised teachers create a safe and nurturing learning environment to help your little one explore and grow. We use evidence-based teaching methods to create meaningful learning experiences for each child, with a unique emphasis on developing the whole child. At our Eco-healthy Childcare & Preschool, we believe that every child is an individual and should be valued for their curiosity and wonder. We have created a magical and inspiring learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our teachers use evidence-based teaching methods to create meaningful learning experiences that foster growth and exploration. We also provide a nature-based and play-based curriculum to help nurture the whole child. Our staff are passionate about providing eco-friendly childcare, so we have incorporated sustainable practices into our program. We make sure that our children are learning about the importance of protecting our environment and taking care of the planet. We take the time to teach the children about the environment, from composting to reducing, reusing and recycling. We also make sure to use environmentally friendly materials and products in our classrooms. We understand that the early years are the most important in a child’s development and that’s why we strive to provide the highest quality childcare and preschool experience. Our teachers are dedicated to creating an environment where each child is valued for their uniqueness, and they are encouraged and inspired to explore and learn. At Bennett Farm, your child can take advantage of a fun and educational experience. With riding lessons and horse training for eventing, dressage, and hunter/jumping, your child can learn the basics of riding and horsemanship. Plus, during the summer and school vacations, week long riding programs are offered for children of all ages. Whether they use one of the school horses or bring their own, your child will be in good hands with experienced instructor Abby Rolston. To further their knowledge and skills, clinics with advanced event rider and FEI dressage rider and trainer, Megan Correia-Bittner, are also available. With Bennett Farm, your child will be riding in no time!

Bonnie Morrison is the head of Countryside Child Care Center and has been since July of 2005. Before Countryside, she operated a daycare out of her Rochester home from August 01- July 05. Bonnie is passionate about children and forms a special bond with each one. When you enter the center, you can feel the genuine love and care that Bonnie has for the children. Her experienced staff of dedicated teachers are committed to providing quality instruction that will help your child gain self-confidence and be prepared for school.
