Prospect

Wednesday (5:45) PM Level Based (Ages 6-15) Prospect will cover the fundamentals of basketball such as ball handling, passing, and intro to layups. In this level of basketball, we will start to push the kids to perform these moves correctly. We will also start working with two basketball in this group understanding hand

Starts Wednesday 7:00 PM Level Based (Ages 7-15) This class will focus on getting all of our players ready for the rising stars level. We will start working on implementing in-game moves such as layups, crossover behind the back, between the legs to balls and et.

Rising Stars

Level-Based (Ages 7-15) Rising stars are split into two days a week. Workday we will be working on fundamental advanced ball handling skills, intro to shooting, and passing. On our playing days, we will talk about understanding spacing, passing, cutting, and moving without the ball. We try to at least get about 30 minutes of playing time on our second day.

All-star

Ages 10 & UP ( Mondays and Fridays 8:00-9:00 PM) All-Star Level, players will begin competing more frequently in order to apply and refine the skills they have developed. Players will also begin to specialize and fit into more specific roles and positions. Team tactics and game strategy will also be further implemented at the All-Star level.
