At Vivo Fencing Club, founded in 2012, beginners and elite competitive fencers alike can learn the Olympic sport of fencing. Our club is located in Haverhill, MA, about 35 miles north of Boston. With 15 electric strips laid out on special resilient sports flooring, we provide ample space and a comfortable climate-controlled environment to learn. Plus, all of the fencing equipment is supplied for beginner classes, making Vivo a great place to start. Our coaches are amongst the best in the sport. Arpad Horvath is a former World Champion, and Molly Sullivan Sliney is a two-time Olympian. Kornel Udvarhelyi is our Master Coach for both Epee and Foil. The Haverhill Girls Softball League is looking forward to a great season! The objective of the league is to provide a fun and instructional experience in the sport of softball to local girls between the ages of 5 and 15 years old. The league strives to help the girls reach the necessary skill level to play at higher levels of competition, while also providing them with opportunities to participate in a structured league. The Haverhill Girls Softball League is committed to making sure that the girls have an enjoyable experience while learning the values of good sportsmanship and teamwork. They aim to teach the girls about honesty, courtesy, courage, integrity and reverence, so that they can become strong and happy adults. The league is looking forward to a successful season of youth softball! All girls between the ages of 5 and 15 who wish to join will be given the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of softball and build their skills, so they can compete at higher levels of competition.
