Playing the Air Guitar is fun, and something almost all of us have done–even when the only audience is yourself behind closed doors. But playing the real thing–it’s an amazing experience. This is something you shouldn’t do with the wrong teacher or on your own if you want to learn the right way. We see it everyday – students come to us with bad habits that are hard to break.

Ah, the days of pulling out the kitchen pots and pans and wooden spoons and banging out “music” to entertain your friends and family, with dreams of being on stage and entertaining crowds… good times. Time to step it up now and make the dream a reality… At DeAngelis Studio of Music, we have the most professional drum lesson room and instructors in the Merrimack Valley. We have a full size acoustic and electronic drum kit for our students to use. Our drum instructors teach rock, metal, jazz, funk, blues and many other styles. Since drum language can be complex, our instructors will challenge any drummer with a wide variety of technical exercises designed to improve your speed and comfort. All drummers bring in their favorite drum parts to learn in their lessons and theory is encouraged. We have many drum students who play in local bands, be it in rock clubs or their local churches.

PIANO & KEYBOARD
Piano is one of those instruments that children can take-on at a fairly young age, sometimes as young as 3. Home recitals on mini pianos, electronic keyboards, or grandma’s old organ can lead to a true talent on the keyboard. Starting young is great, but if you didn’t have that luxury it is never too late to start. Our instructors teach a variety of styles, from classical to popular music.
