At Paige Academy, we promote the Nguzo Saba, Seven Principles of Kwanzaa, to help our students develop a strong African American value system. These principles include Unity, Self-Determination, Collective Work and Responsibility, Cooperative Economics, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith. We believe that instilling these values in our students helps them develop a strong sense of self-worth and a commitment to the community. We are proud of our diverse staff and faculty, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school. Our teachers are highly trained in early childhood and/or elementary education, and they strive to create a learning environment that encourages students to explore and develop their individual potentials. We believe that the diverse backgrounds of our staff and faculty add to the quality of the academic and cultural experiences of our students.
