Their mission is to use hip hop elements as a vehicle to teach and provide inner city and local youth with guidance in a positive, nurturing, and comfortable environment. They hope to help these individuals direct their energy in a productive and creative manner, while also providing them with the success and enrichment of their lives. The Floor Lords are dedicated to helping individuals realize their full potential. By providing mentorship and teaching methods that are fun and effective, they strive to make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of their participants. They are committed to building a strong and vibrant community, and are devoted to helping those in need.

The group focuses on bringing all five elements of Hip-Hop culture to their fans and followers through television, films, competition and performances. Some notable appearances include films “Krush Groove”,“Step Up 3D” and "In the heights". The Floor Lords continue to rack up accomplishments from creating their own theatre show called “Floor Lore” to collaborating with sneaker company “Saucony” on an official “breakdance” sneaker. They have performed with big name artists such as “RUN DMC”, “Madonna”, “Jlo” and many more.
