Karate is an effective form of self-defense. Students learn punches, kicks, blocks, and other techniques that will help them defend themselves and others if necessary. Kenpo Karate is also an awesome way to stay in shape! It is a great form of exercise that works out the entire body. Students will find that they can build strength, increase flexibility, and improve their endurance.
