At our dojo, our Taekwondo program is designed to challenge students of all ages and abilities. We emphasize kicking techniques and sport aspects, with an emphasis on extended range and keeping opponents away. While we do not require our students to compete or engage in full contact sparring, it is included in their traditional training.
