Jump Start Recommended for athletes ages 8 - 11

Set a base for lifetime habits. Jump Start sessions are 60 minutes long and are a must for any athlete who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will set them up for long-term success. This program develops athletes’ coordination and body awareness by introducing them to skills of speed and strength training at an early age. Coaches will challenge and motivate young athletes while providing age-appropriate training techniques and instruction. While our speed and strength training methods are serious, they are done in a fun and friendly environment, ensuring that the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Personal Training Recommended for athletes ages 8 - 11

Personal training is individualized for your athlete and their goals. Whether your athlete wants to make the team, improve performance in their sport, or needs help recovering from an injury, we have a dedicated and caring training staff that will help them every step of the way.

Total Performance Recommended for athletes ages 12 - 15

Learn the foundational skills necessary to become a successful athlete. Total Performance sessions are 60 minutes long and are perfect for middle school to early high school athletes. Through the use of our signature speed and strength training methods, we use advanced techniques from those learned in Jump Start. Speed fundamentals are more detailed, and athletes begin to master the form in powerlifts, Olympic lifts and sports-specific exercises. Total Performance classes utilize the most up-to-date research on safe practices and injury prevention. The addition of more linear and multidirectional speed training will challenge young athletes and prepare them for their athletic performances.
